To report a claim, please call the insurance company listed on your policy or auto ID card, or contact our office directly at (541) 942-8870.
When calling your insurance company directly, please have your policy number and claim details available.
Our regular office hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. If you call after hours you will be connected with our voicemail which is monitored regularly, please leave a message.
